Pink Grapefruit Joins The Fairham Core Range
We’re thrilled to announce the newest member of the Fairham Gin core range, Pink Grapefruit Gin.
After a hugely popular limited release last year, this bright and zesty expression is back for good, reworked, refined and ready to take its place alongside our Signature, Orange Spiced and Apple & Grape expressions.
This is our first core range release since 2023, making it a big milestone for us as a distillery. We’ve taken everything that made the original a fan favourite and elevated it even further by dialling up the fresh pink grapefruit notes, smoothing out the finish and crafting a gin that’s brighter, more balanced and effortlessly drinkable.
DISTILLED FOR MAXIMUM FRESHNESS
The recipe is crafted around the bright aroma and gentle zest of pink grapefruit, enhanced with fragrant rosemary and lemongrass and built upon a classic juniper core. Vapour infusing all 10 botanicals allows the delicate citrus oils and herbal notes to shine, giving a smooth, full-bodied expression that’s vibrant without being overpowering.
Those botanicals include juniper, coriander seed, pink grapefruit peel, lemongrass, rosemary and citrus peels - each carefully measured to create a gin that’s as refreshing as it is complex. The result is a citrus-led serve that’s unmistakably Fairham: clean, layered and balanced.
FROM LIMITED EDITION TO MAINSTAY
When we first released Pink Grapefruit Gin in September 2024, the response was overwhelming. Bottles sold quickly and we lost count of how many of you asked if it would return. That demand made it clear: this gin deserved a permanent place in our line-up.
Ellis says, “It was important to us that bringing it back wasn’t just a re-release, it needed to be better. We revisited the recipe, spent months testing and made subtle tweaks to balance the pink grapefruit with the herbal notes. The final result is fresher, smoother and more vibrant than before.”
Liam adds, “This gin feels like summer in a glass, it’s clean, bright and citrus-led, but with enough depth from the rosemary and lemongrass to make it stand out in a G&T or a cocktail. We couldn’t be prouder to see it join the core range.”
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve Pink Grapefruit Gin with Mediterranean Tonic Water over plenty of ice and garnish with a slice of fresh pink grapefruit for the ultimate citrus kick. For something a little different, try it with pink grapefruit soda and a sprig of rosemary.
