Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every bottle of our gin — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!

Returns

Due to the nature of our product (alcohol), we are unable to accept returns on items unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue at sales@fairhamdistillery.com. We will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.

We currently do not accept returns based on change of mind or taste preferences.

Refunds

If your item is eligible for a refund (damaged, faulty, or incorrect), we’ll notify you once your request is approved. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it this is a guide, refunds may come through quicker but ultimately it is in the hands of our payment provider, Shopify Payments, and your bank provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed bottles

  • Items returned without prior contact

  • Reduce to clear items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email us with your order details.
