Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with Royal Mail for all deliveries. Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically delivers within 2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Options & Rates

At checkout, you'll have the option to choose from several Royal Mail services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Standard (2-3 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Faster service, 1-2 Business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and order total.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to expand in the future.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order directly through the Royal Mail website.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • Orders must be received by someone of legal drinking age (18+).

  • We comply fully with UK alcohol delivery regulations. If delivery to your location isn’t permitted, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Shipping Delays or Issues

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or courier issues. If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at sales@fairhamdistillery.com, and we’ll make it right.

Damaged orders must be reported within 24hrs of receiving your parcel, this ensures we can promptly act to give the best possible service.

Order delays are rare but can happen, if you order does not arrive within the specified time please notify us to investigate the issue. Please note that once your order is with the courier we have to follow their own T&C's which can be found here:
