Inspired by the bright hop alchemy Ryan uses in his brewing, Ellis and Liam took the explosive Citra Hop, known for its vivid notes of lime, grapefruit and mango, and married it with botanicals such as juniper, citrus peels, kumquat and cardamom.

The result is a smooth, aromatic gin that delivers a citrusy hop punch while staying true to its juniper-forward roots. This is a vibrant, hop-kissed London Dry that bridges the worlds of brewing and distilling in true craft style.

The result? A 45% Citra Hazy Gin that celebrates the art of distillation and the science of fermentation, a true meeting of minds and methods.

BOTANICALS: Citra Hops, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Citrus Peels, Kumquat, Cardamom and Pink Peppercorn.
DISTILLATION: Copper pot distilled to the London Dry method in small batches for a clean, refined finish. No added flavourings, colourings or sugars.
TASTING NOTES: Long, dry and refreshingly aromatic. The Citra character brings a juicy, zesty brightness which compliments the smooth juniper, hop-kissed, citrus notes.
PERFECT SERVE: Mediterranean tonic water, ice and a fresh citrus slice.
