A truly handcrafted, copper distilled, multi-award-winning, Dry Lancashire Gin that is 100% vapour infused together using a delicate blend of 13 carefully selected botanicals and exotic fruits. Smooth, fresh and complex.

    I have ordered 3 bottles from No.1 Fairham Gin (2 as presents, I hasten to add!) and they are delicious! The recipients were delighted with not only the gin itself, but everyone was intrigued by the eco friendly packaging. The service is second to none too. I ordered the last bottle on a Friday evening and, as I live locally, it was hand delivered the following morning! I cannot recommend these boys and their product highly enough!

what’s in signature?

Using a delicate blend of 13 carefully selected botanicals and exotic fruits, we have created an ultra smooth
and fresh juniper-forward gin. Botanicals include juniper berry, coriander seed, kumquat, physalis, kaffir lime, key lime, cinnamon and citrus peel.

Perfect Serve

50ml Signature Edition   |   150ml Fever-Tree Med Tonic Water

Fill glass with a handful of ice, add a 50ml measure of Signature Edition and then mix with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water (we like to use around 150ml). Enjoy your first serve without any garnish so you can experience the full flavour, or serve with a fresh citrus slice. Watch as the gin turns cloudy in your glass, adding character to your flavour filled G&T. (Top tip: Signature Edition also pairs well with Sicilian Lemonade!)

The Italian 75

Stay classy with this exquisite serve. Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain into a flute glass, top with prosecco and garnish with a lemon ribbon. 25ml Signature Edition, 25ml Limoncello, 12.5ml Lemon Juice & prosecco.
