After 12 months of recipe development, we finally cracked it! Released in April 2023, Eden Edition is light bodied, fresh and daringly different to anything else out there.
what’s in eden?
To keep this expression light, we use only a handful of botanicals. We have combined classic juniper with fresh green apples and white grapes. This combination and the addition of aromatic coriander leaf creates an ultra-smooth and crisp refreshing serve that is perfect for garden sipping.

Our most classic juniper style, Eden is crisp and juicy on the palate with an aromatic hit. Extracting the hard-to-come-by notes of crisp apple and sweet grape was a challenge that took us over 12 months to crack, but we’ve got there with an Edition that boasts an unrivalled flavour.
On the initial nose you will get aromas of fresh coriander followed by juniper and gentle apple. The smooth and full-bodied profile develops into tart juniper that blends harmoniously with juicy grape and fruity notes, with lingering crisp apple.

how do we distill eden?
Distilled differently from Signature Edition and Ochre Edition which are both vapour infused, the method used, after many trials, proved best in extracting the hard-to-come-by notes of crisp apple and sweet grape.
We see our Eden Edition as a well established member of the Fairham family: full of natural flavour, non-chill filtered, distilled in a one-shot method and most importantly, a GIN.
During distilling in our traditional copper pot still, as the neutral grain is heated up, vapour travels down the swan neck and into the condenser unit, turning back into liquid and voila, we have some tasty gin!
And that’s it, no flavourings or sugars added afterwards, just an all-natural delicious gin. All we do after this is water down to 43% ABV bottle strength and then it’s yours to enjoy.

Excellent Eden. Serve a 50ml measure of Eden Edition over ice, pair with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water – we like to use around 150ml. For garnish we think a fresh apple slice works perfectly.

Is tonic not for you? Well, serve 50ml Eden Edition over ice and pair with Fever-Tree Premium Lemonade to give it more of a sweeter edge. Garnish with a fresh apple slice or raspberry.
cocktail
Named the Cilantro Mule, muddle fresh ginger and coriander sprigs with 1tsp sugar syrup and 15ml lime juice. Add 50ml Eden and shake with ice. Strain over ice and top with Ginger Ale, garnish with coriander and apple.
