Our latest Limited Batch Drop sees a new Fairham release with a Zesty Pink Grapefruit Gin!

The latest release in the Fairham Gin range sees Ellis and Liam turn to the large zesty citrus fruit, better known as the pink grapefruit.

100% vapour infused with only 8 botanicals that includes juniper, coriander seed, fresh pink grapefruit peel, lemongrass, rosemary and other citrus peels.

Crafted with the invigorating zest of pink grapefruit peel, the bright, citrusy notes burst onto the palate, while aromatic lemongrass lends an exotic, refreshing undertone. Herbaceous rosemary adds a sophisticated, earthy depth that rounds out the flavour profile, creating a gin that’s both bold and balanced.

“We work with small amounts of pink grapefruit peel in both of our Signature and Ochre Editions, and we have always commented on the amazing aroma that this fruit gives the distillery when prepping. We essentially wanted to bottle this and create a gin that was bright, zesty and fresh, and that’s exactly what we have achieved with this new limited batch release.” Says Ellis.

Limited to just 200 bottles, this Zesty Pink Grapefruit Gin won’t be around for long – once it’s gone, it’s gone.
