We are very excited to be celebrating our first Christmas as a distillery, and it’s proving to be a busy one! We have a lot of markets and events starting in November right up to the big day, so we thought it would be good to put a little something together so you can see where to find us for your ginny goodies!
Saturday 13th November 10am – 4pm – Preston Makers Market
First up is our usual spot on the Flag Market for the Preston Makers Market. We absolutely love seeing familiar and new faces that are so local to us at this one so come and scout us out for a sample and why not treat yourself or a fellow gin lover!
Saturday 20th November – Ochre Launch Event
It’s the big one! We finally launch our Ochre Edition at Hurst Grange Park Coach House with a very special event planned. Join us for the launch and get your tickets now, with only a limited amount remaining. Read more about the event here.
Saturday 27th November 11am – 6:30pm – Leyland Christmas Festival
We’re in Leyland and just round the corner from our distillery (and will also have our Ochre Edition with us for the first time!). The Leyland Christmas Festival is back after a 2-year break and looks as fantastic as ever for the light switch on! Find us on Hough Lane with a whole host of other local businesses along with a lineup of local talent and a special guest visit from Coronation Street’s Tyrone (Alan Halsall).
Sunday 28th November 11am – 4pm – Samlesbury Hall Christmas Fair
Wander through the stunning Samlesbury Hall for their annual Christmas Fair. We’ll be there from 11am – 4pm with a variety of local stalls showcasing produce from across all of Lancashire.
Saturday 4th December – Penwortham Farmers Market & The Vestry Tarleton
Two in one day?! First up is our local Penwortham Farmers Market from 9am – 1pm, followed by The Vestry’s first Christmas market at their Tarleton micropub, 12pm – 5pm.
Sunday 5th December 11am – 4pm – Southport Makers Market
Back at our usual hunting ground after not being there in November, we’re at Southport Makers Market 11am – 4pm. With the market now expanding onto King Street, it’s bound to be a special day for all traders and the public, so we would love to see you there!
Penwortham Christmas Markets – 6th, 12th & 15th December
Right on our doorstep and a chance to meet all of our local supporters! Come and try our Dry Lancashire Gin, have a chat and get in that festive spirit. The markets are taking place at Kingsfold (6th), Middleforth (12th) and Liverpool Road (15th).
Wednesday 8th December 7pm – 11pm – Lime Bar Festive Shopping
We’re joining one of our stockists, Lime Bar Lounge, for their popular Christmas shopping event on the evening of the 8th, 7pm – 11pm.
Saturday 11th December 10am – 4pm – Preston Makers Market
Our second visit during this period to Preston Makers Market, which is bound to be extra Christmassy with being so close to the big day!
Saturday 18th – Sunday 19th December – Brockholes Christmas Markets
To cap off a wonderful period, we’re finishing up at Brockholes Christmas Markets on their unique Visitor Village floating on Meadow Lake. Find us there over the full weekend and by this point, we might even join you for a drink (we’ll definitely need it by then!)
Aaannnnd relax! That’s it, our Christmas schedule for 2021 is all done and dusted. Come the 25th we will be celebrating a fantastic period with a G&T and we hope you will too. Get them hints in or just treat yourself, but most of all, make sure our Dry Lancashire Gin features at some point over the festive period – cheers to that!
